Each set is used to systematically gather, analyze, and report data, facilitating targeted quality assessments and operational improvements | Link |
Selection list | A customizable list of master data values that can be reused throughout different analysis sets. | Link |
Selection list option | Master data value stored in a selection list, can be referenced in an Analysis set Result.
Result | Entry in an analysis set, typically visualized as a column in Results Overview. | Link |
Result Set | Sub-set of Results in an Analysis Set scoped by a filter condition. | Link |
Field | A customizable designated space within an analysis set where users can input or store a specific type of information.
Calculated field | Field in an analysis set for which values are generated by a computational expression, instead of being entered by users or API. | Link |
Expression | The formula that defines the output value of a calculated field. | Link |
Index field | (Calculated) Selection list in an analysis set that drives specifications and controls field visibility. Typically represents a product selection list. | Link |
Index field value | Selected option in the Index field. | Link |
Status field | (Calculated) Selection list in an analysis set that represents the status of a Result. Statuses are organized in a specific order and color-coded for quick interpretation. | Link |
Result label field | (Calculated) text field an analysis set that represents the identifier of a Result. The value in this field is used in various user interfaces to identify a Result. This is a non-unique identifier that is only used for presentation purposes, not to ensure data integrity. | Link |
Attachment | Document uploaded to a specific Result for reference or record-keeping. | Link |
Workflow | Predefined procedure triggered by a data event, which is defined through specific criteria and actions such as messaging, updating, or creating Results, or initiating webhook calls. | Link |
Dashboard | Interface displaying a collection of data visualizations, such as charts or tables, which aggregate information from various analysis sets. | Link |
Report Template | Predefined Word Template utilized for generating standardized reports. | Link |
Print-out Report | Tabular representation of a Result Set, with a sub set of analysis set's fields. | Link |
Traceability Report | Overview of all upstream Results, connected via Set Relations. | Link |
Specification (version) | Set of target value and tolerances that define the acceptable quality characteristics for a product or process. Specifications can be defined for manual and calculated select and numeric fields. | Link |
In-spec | Classification of a measurement that meets the required quality standards.
Off-spec | Classification of a measurement that does not meet the required quality standards.
Incident | Result in an analysis set within scope of QESH.
Calendar | Feature that enables users to view and schedule (recurring) events. | Link |
Calendar Set | Analysis set where each Result corresponds to a specific calendar event.
Calendar Event | Specific scheduled event represented as a Result in the Calendar set.

RCA Set | Special purpose analysis set dedicated to conducting and documenting Root Cause Analysis (RCA). | Link |
RCA Result | Specific finding or outcome within an RCA set, associated with an incident.
Top level menu | Navigation menu with sections that combine related capabilities or analysis set groups. Analysis set Manager can add custom sections to the TLM to structure their Analysis set groups. | Link |
Analysis set group | User defined group that contains related Analysis sets. | Link |
Master data | All key entities in the data model, managed via Selection Lists. These master data entities can be reused in Analysis sets. | Link |
Serial number Field | Special purpose text field that gets an automatically increasing id for every Result. The id can be prefixed with a string to add context to the id. | Link |
Document | A uniquely identified document with various meta properties. Documents can have multiple versions over their lifespan. Creating a Document starts by uploading a file (Word, Excel, PDF, image). | Link |
Document Version | A specific and uniquely identified iteration of a document and its meta properties. | Link |
