Result Label Field

AlisQI adapts seamlessly to your processes and helps you manage large volumes of data stored in results. Recognizing a result at a glance can streamline workflows, and this is where Result Labels come into play.

By designating one field in your analysis set as the Result Label field, all results in the set become easily identifiable through fully customizable labels and contextually relevant, while ensuring consistent and intuitive references across screens.

 

Create a Result Label Field 

A Result label field is created by selecting a required text field in the form builder.

As all text fields, including calculated text fields can be designated as the result label field, the labels can be composed of multiple elements. For instance: Product and batch number.

The Result Label will be utilized across various screens, such as:

    • Result’s audit trail

    • New Certificate of Analysis

    • Editing individual results

    • Traceability report (work in progress)

    • Alarm title (work in progress)

 

Editing a Result

When editing an existing result, its label appears prominently at the top of the page.

Certificates of Analysis

The Result label is used as a reference in CoA's.

If no Result label field is selected, CoAs default to using the result ID as the reference.

 

Result History

Result labels are shown as headers for each result in the history view.

If no Result label field is selected, the header will display the result creation date instead.
