Growth calls - Get the most out of AlisQI

You’re up and running, so unless there are issues in your implementation, we each go our separate way. 

We’ll meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when...

Well, not really. Even after you are fully operational, we like to keep in touch, and not just if there are problems. During the grow phase, we organize a Growth call every six months. AlisQI is always evolving, so there will be new features to introduce you to, and new best practices that we learned about that may be relevant to you.

Purpose

A brief introduction into Customer Success: it is a business methodology which ensures that customers achieve their desired outcomes of a product or service. Customer Success focuses on building a strong relationship with the customer, and aligning the goals of the customer and the vendor for mutually beneficial outcomes.In other words: if you’re successful, then so are we!

At the same time, your business is evolving, so there may be new business processes, teams, or projects that may benefit from AlisQI.

You may have implemented other systems or machines that should be integrated with AlisQI. Or maybe even some of your sister plants that have learned about your success with AlisQI. 

And if you’re not happy, or not achieving the business results you anticipated, well, we want to know about that too of course.

Duration

The duration of the Growth call is typically one hour, but can be extended if necessary.

Team and responsibilities

The team, in principle, is the same as during the onboarding and impact phases. Having said that, you may occasionally have the call with a different team. And of course, there will be personnel changes on both sides over the years. Most importantly, we will always make sure to have the key stakeholders in your organization involved, to guarantee you get the best value from our platform.

Pricing
The Growth call and regular customer support are included in the license fee for AlisQI.
