If you're unable to log into AlisQI, please try the following steps:
- Check your log in credentials, are your username and password correct? or perhaps you are using SSO(Single- Sign-On) to log on. Most login in issues can be handle by your system admin, Please contact them first.
- Make sure your internet connection is working by trying another website (like google.com). If you can access other sites, your connection is likely fine.
- Try logging into AlisQI from a different device or network, such as your phone with mobile data. If it works there, the issue may be related to your primary network—your IT department might be able to help in this case.
- If AlisQI does not work no matter which device or network you use, please check the status page at https://status.alisqi.com for any active outage updates. Most outages are resolved within 15 minutes.
