The Email Suppression/Bounce List Warning is a feature that alerts you when your email address has been added to the suppression list due to previous email bounces, helping you restore email communications quickly.

What does this do?

• If your email address is on our suppression list, you’ll receive a notification within the platform.
• The warning will inform you that you are not receiving system emails due to previous delivery failures.
• You will receive guidance on how to resolve the issue, such as contacting your application administrator or AlisQI support.

Why this matters

A healthy email reputation is critical for successful email delivery. When an email address bounces repeatedly, AlisQI automatically suppresses further sending attempts to protect deliverability and prevent unnecessary retries. The Email Suppression/Bounce List Warning ensures you are aware when this happens so you can take action to restore your email communications.
