How can my organization test configurations or integrations before going Live?

Before implementing new configurations or integrations in a live production environment,  many organizations prefer to test them thoroughly. Testing helps ensure that changes behave as expected, reduces the risk of disruptions, and protects the integrity of your operational data.

At AlisQI, we support safe and reliable testing by offering a Sandbox environment that allows organizations to validate changes before going live.

A sandbox environment is a separate, isolated system that mirrors your production environment but does not affect real data or ongoing processes

This sandbox environment provides a safe space where your team can:

  • Test new configurations

  • Validate integrations with other systems

  • Troubleshoot potential issues

  • Train users on new processes

Once testing is complete and everything works as expected, changes can then be implemented in the live environment with reduced risk.

To keep the guaranteed separation of this safe space:

  • no emails will be sent based on password set
  • no alarms will be sent out to any users
  • also not webhooks will be called (from workflows)

Functionality will run as normal - although excluding external communication methods.
